Payment must be made in full as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payment may result in delivery hold or cancellation of the order.

Shipping timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation and are dependent on material availability and logistical factors.
Taj Marble and Granite is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control, including transportation disruptions, customs clearance delays, or natural calamities.
Customers must inspect all materials upon delivery. Any claims regarding damage, shortage, or defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
Failure to report issues within the stipulated time will be deemed acceptance of the product as-is.

Customized or cut-to-size products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
