Return Policy โ€“ Taj Marble and Granite

At Taj Marble and Granite, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets the highest quality standards. Due to the natural characteristics of marble, granite, quartz, and other stones, we have defined a clear and structured return policy to maintain transparency and manage expectations.

1. General Return Guidelines
  • All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
  • Products must be returned in unused, uninstalled, and original packaging condition.
  • Any return is subject to prior approval and inspection by our quality control team.
2. Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong material, size, color, or finish as compared to the purchase order).
  • Physical damage to the product incurred during transportation, reported immediately upon delivery.
  • Defective product not meeting the pre-defined quality specifications or sample-approved standards.
3. Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products with natural variations in color, veins, texture, or surface finish, as these are inherent characteristics of natural stones.
  • Custom-cut, made-to-order, or tailor-made stone slabs and tiles.
  • Any product that has been modified, cut, installed, or used in any way.
  • Returns initiated after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at returns@tajmarblegranite.com or call our customer support within the specified timeframe.
  • Include clear images of the issue, along with the invoice and delivery details.
  • Once verified, our team will provide return authorization and logistics coordination (if applicable).
5. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or confirmed damage in transit), we will arrange the return shipping at no cost.
  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and logistics.
  • Products returned without prior approval or outside the policy window will be rejected.

6. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items undergo a thorough inspection by our quality control team.

  • Acceptance of return is based on physical verification and compliance with return eligibility conditions.
