• A confirmed order is cancelled prior to dispatch from our warehouse or factory premises.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Natural variations in color, veining, and texture inherent to marble, granite, and other natural stones.
• Products that have been cut, modified, or installed.
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
• Custom orders or made-to-measure products.

3. Return and Inspection Process

• Taj Marble and Granite reserves the right to deduct handling or restocking charges, if applicable.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a proven error on our part or verified transit damage.
